
Opportunity Bank of Montana Names Dustin Barber Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer

Opportunity
Bank of Montana announced that Dustin Barber has been named Executive Vice
President and Chief Banking Officer.

In this role, Barber will
oversee the Bank’s lending and relationship banking functions, providing
strategic leadership statewide to support growth, strengthen customer
relationships, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Barber joined Opportunity
Bank in 2014 and has held a series of leadership roles within the organization,
most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Lending Officer.
During his tenure, he has played a key role in the Bank’s commercial lending
growth and in developing strong customer relationships across the communities
it serves.

Opportunity Bank of Montana. “His experience, vision, and approach to
relationship banking make him well-suited for this role as we continue to grow
and serve Montana.”

Barber holds a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Business Administration from Carroll College and is a graduate
of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the
Wharton Leadership Program.
Barber, who is based in
Bozeman, has been involved with Big Sky Bravery, a Montana-based nonprofit
supporting active-duty service members through outdoor recreation and
therapeutic programming, since 2017 and currently serves as Chairman Emeritus.
