Opportunity Bank of Montana Proudly Continues Support for Special Olympics Montana

Opportunity Bank of Montana is continuing our annual $10,000 sponsorship of the Special Olympics Montana Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR). This ongoing partnership highlights our commitment to community, and celebrating the achievements of athletes across the state.

The Law Enforcement Torch Run is more than a fundraiser, it’s a movement that unites law enforcement, businesses, and communities statewide. Through events like the Polar Plunge, LETR raises critical funds that provide year-round sports training, competitions, health programs, and leadership opportunities for Special Olympics Montana athletes.

As part of our sponsorship, Opportunity Bank teams will be “Freezin’ for a Reason” at Polar Plunge events statewide. These plunges are a fun and bold way to kick off the year while making a big splash for inclusion. Here’s where you can cheer us on:

The Polar Plunges are just the beginning. Throughout spring, law enforcement officers and community partners will carry the Flame of Hope across Montana in the Law Enforcement Torch Run. This symbolic relay covers hundreds of miles and involves more than 25 agencies statewide. Each leg of the run brings together officers and athletes, building excitement and awareness for the State Summer Games. Many of our branches will be joining in the effort to cheer on athletes as they make their way to the State Summer Games in Billings from May 13-15.
